What is the Merseyside Fire Support Network
Merseyside Fire Support Network is the voluntary
arm of the Service.
Their vision is to:
- Create a fire safe society
- Assist in the fire awareness of the community by
distributing fire safety advice
- Promote the acceptance of cultural diversity within
the service
- Assist in the development of important communication
links between the local fire station, representitive groups, other volunteer
agencies and individuals with similar ideals within the community
- Complement the community fire safety roles
of the operational firefighter
